How to Raise Objections
If candidates find any discrepancy, they can raise objections through the official SSC portal. The objection window is open from October 16 (9 PM) to October 19, 2025 (9 PM).
- Login at ssc.gov.in.
- Select the question(s) you wish to challenge.
- Provide a valid reason with reference and pay ₹100 per question.
Marking Scheme & Score Calculation
+2 marks for each correct answer, –0.5 marks for each wrong answer, and 0 marks for unattempted questions.
Estimated Score = (Correct Answers × 2) – (Wrong Answers × 0.5)
Normalisation Process Explained
The SSC uses a normalisation process to balance differences in difficulty levels between shifts. Candidates in tougher shifts may see a score increase, while those in easier shifts may see little or no change.
