The cremation is expected to take place later in the day as the film fraternity and fans mourn the loss of a beloved artist.

During the scene, an arrow accidentally struck him near his eye. He recalled, “The arrow was supposed to hit my bow and break, but it went straight into the corner of my eye. Blood started pouring out, and people around me feared I had lost my sight.”

He was rushed to a nearby dispensary where an elderly doctor treated him with quick first aid, saving his eye — and his career. Despite the injury, Pankaj returned to the set soon after. “They shot me from one side to hide the bandage,” he said, showing his dedication to his craft.
